Cumberland Consulting provides the services of Dwight E. Baker, PE. Mr. Baker is a Licensed Electrical Engineer in Virginia and Mississippi. He has 16 years of commercial nuclear utility experience, and was previously qualified as Chief Engineer in the U.S. Navy nuclear propulsion program. He held a commercial PWR Senior Reactor Operator License from the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission for six years.

In addition to nuclear/ electric steam plant operations, Mr. Baker has extensive experience in managing issues associated with Nuclear Steam Generators and other nuclear plant major components, including economic evaluation of repair and replacement strategies. He is also experienced in complex event investigations, licensing, and regulatory reporting.
